1. What this is
Sworeborn Postiz is a private, self-hosted deployment of the open-source scheduling tool Postiz, operated by Swore Born Games (“we”). It exists to schedule and publish our own game-development content to our own social media accounts.
2. Who may use it
This is not a public service. Registration is disabled and the operator is the only authorized user. No accounts are offered to, or created for, anyone else. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
3. YouTube
Sworeborn Postiz uses YouTube API Services. By using Sworeborn Postiz to connect
to, upload to, or view statistics for a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service
(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your information is described in
the Google Privacy Policy, and ours in our
Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from the
Google security settings
page.
4. Other connected platforms
The application also connects to other third-party platforms - including TikTok - through their official APIs, and only to accounts owned by the operator. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are responsible for ensuring that content published through this application complies with them.
5. Acceptable use
The application is used to publish original game-development content: gameplay footage, development updates, and related material that we own or are licensed to publish. It is not used to send spam, to post automated engagement, to publish content belonging to others without permission, or to circumvent any platform's rate limits or policies.
6. Availability
The service runs on a single self-hosted machine and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind. It may be taken offline, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use or unavailability of this application, including failed, delayed, or duplicated posts.
8. Software licence
Postiz is third-party open-source software published by Gitroom and licensed under the AGPL-3.0. This deployment is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Gitroom, or any other platform or vendor referenced here.

Updated terms will be published at this address with a revised date above.
